The Care Strategy
A philanthropic organization like Care is susceptible to being taken advantage of. Rather than making a name for itself, Care’s real concern is to see the help they offer people benefit them at full scale. To achieve this would mean top-notch monitoring, observation, and evaluation in selecting and vetting qualified beneficiaries whilst keeping track of their development and wellbeing.
The church is, therefore, a conduit through which care administers its operational duties. Churches form groupings easy to assess and they serve as a readily available base to advance Care’s course. The churches are also easy tools for measuring social impact. One could easily return to find the beneficiaries in the assessment of progress and development and for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
