What this site collects
When you use this website, the following information may be collected and stored:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message.
- Booking requests — your name, email, phone number, and the session details you choose.
- Orders — your name, email, phone number, and the items you purchase.
- Reviews you choose to submit — your name, star rating, and review text (published publicly).
- Chat messages you send to the AI assistant, so it can hold a conversation with you.
- Payment details are never collected or stored by this website — card and Mobile Money information is entered directly on Paystack's own secure payment page.
How this information is used
Information you submit is used only to respond to you, fulfill a booking or order, confirm payment, and improve the coaching and content offered on this site. It is not sold to third parties.
Who else sees it
- Paystack processes payments and receives the information needed to complete a transaction (see Paystack's own privacy policy).
- If the AI chat assistant is enabled, your chat messages are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on configuration) to generate a reply.
- Email notifications about new bookings, orders, and messages are sent to the site owner via the configured email provider.
How long information is kept
Bookings, orders, contact messages, and reviews are kept as ongoing business records. You can request that your personal information be deleted by contacting the site owner using the details on the Contact page.
Your choices
You can ask, at any time, to see what information this site holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. A review you've posted publicly can also be removed on request.
Cookies
This site uses a single essential cookie to keep an administrator's login session active. It is not used to track visitors and is not shared with advertisers.
