Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone booking a coaching session, enrolling in a course, joining a membership, buying a product, or otherwise using this website.
Bookings and payment
Some coaching sessions require payment at the time of booking; others are free. Where payment is required, it is processed securely by Paystack — this website never sees or stores your card or Mobile Money details. A booking is only confirmed once payment is verified.
Courses and class access
Enrolling in a paid course grants access to that course's scheduled live class links, found under "My Classes" using the email address you enrolled with. Class links are for the enrolled student only and should not be shared publicly.
Cancellations and refunds
To reschedule or cancel a booking, or to ask about a refund, please reach out through the Contact section as early as possible. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Reviews
Reviews are published publicly as soon as they're submitted. Please keep them honest and respectful — reviews that are abusive, false, or spam may be removed without notice.

The chat assistant on this site is here to answer general questions about services, pricing, and courses. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, legal, or financial advice, and its replies should be treated as general guidance rather than a personal consultation.
Content ownership
All course materials, book excerpts, and coaching content on this site remain the property of De-Graft Afful and are provided for personal use by the person who purchased or booked them, not for redistribution.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the site's offerings change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
